We didn't include them in the RTP as many of our users like having more control over which resources are part of which projects they are working on. Wouldn't a choice be a better idea? Like if you start a new project it askes what tile sets you would like the add? That way the lazy people like me can get stright to it:). I don't like the idea of still having to manually import things after buying them here. That's part of the value of steam, the ease of installation.
