I have a report on Access which has a Value field (eg £100,000) for the value of a property and a Type field (eg purchase) which displays the property type. At the end of the report I have a total value of all the properties but I have been asked to provide a total value for each of the property types available and I am stumped on how to do this. So basically at the bottom of my report, it should look something like this: Total Value of all Properties: £ total of all properties Total of Purchased Properties: £ total of the type 'purchase' Total of Sale Properties: $ total of the type 'sale' And so on. Any help on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.
